GBD c. 1900 Horn with Horn Stem

A lovely old GBD, probably of French manufacture, cut across the grain of the high grade Algerian briar plateaux in the shape fo the classic straight horn, whose group 3 bowl converges to a nicely tapered shank. It is fitted with a tapered stem, hand cut from horn, with an orific lip. Condition is first rate in all regards, and it should prove a lovely Virginia pipe.
